Plainview Motel - Coos Bay

Good place with free wi-fi, outdoor dining, and a cozy kitchenette. The staff even helped me with a local taxi number on my first stay! Highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

What a good surprise! The room was neat and spacious, with a nicely equipped kitchenette for a comfortable stay. The vibrant murals added charm to the atmosphere, and the parking was easy. Despite being close to the highway, it wasn't too noisy. A great spot for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel was in a comfy location right by a picturesque beach, a very nice venue/casino on the water, and the store before taking a shower. Plus, the hotel was situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cape Arago Highway.

Cozy stay with a kitchen!

The small kitchen was a bonus with a fridge and stove. Room was clean and had a cool mural outside. Staff were super friendly! Only thing was the TV remote was kinda wonky sometimes. Also enjoyed the picnic area for meals. A chill spot!

It was just an ideal choice for a short break in Coos Bay with extraordinarily good value for money. The lady at the office was really flustered but amusingly we thought she was joking at first. Make sure to avoid asking for the shellfish equipment while you're there.

Family seeking a calm retreat

The room was really clean and surprisingly quiet. We had a nice kitchenette that came in handy for our meals. I saw some cool murals that really added character! I mean, how many places can you catch crabs with free gear? That's pretty neat.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

great comfort but outside could use improvement

Inside, the room was really good with really good comfort and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The abundance of pillows was a good surprise. The nearby Shore Acres delighted with its fine scenery, especially during the dramatic stormy weather.

The exterior appearance of the place gave an impression of being somewhat uninviting.

The room was super clean and had a cozy, cute vibe. The bed was comfortable, and i appreciated the quiet environment, especially with the thunder and snow outside. It was also great to be close to nature and the nearby beach access. The new manager, misty, was really friendly and helpful.
